Acceptance

By using Tacit you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. Tacit is developed and published by Zekby LLC.

What Tacit is

Tacit helps you interpret conversations using AI analysis. It is a tool for personal insight and entertainment. It is not a substitute for professional advice, and its analyses are opinions generated by an AI model, not statements of fact.

Acceptable use

You may only analyze conversations you are a participant in or otherwise have the right to access. You are responsible for how you use the app and for complying with applicable laws and the terms of any third-party service you connect, including WhatsApp.

Third-party services

Tacit connects to WhatsApp and uses an AI provider to generate analyses. Those services have their own terms, and their availability is outside our control.

Subscriptions and billing

Premium features are offered as auto-renewing subscriptions (weekly, monthly, or yearly). Payment is charged to your app store account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your app store account settings.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that analyses are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tacit and its developer are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
